Unfortunately due to the extreme weather conditions it has proved necessary to change the venue of the U16 Divisional Festival matches on Friday 9th and Sunday 11th January from Broadstreet Rugby Club to the Artificial Grass Pitch at Moseley Rugby Club.

The kick-off times on Sunday have also been slightly amended, these are as follows:

 

Friday 9th         Midlands v South West               12.50

                        London SE v North                     14.30

 

Sunday 11th      North v Midlands                        09.30

                        South West v London SE            11.00

 

I have attached an amended itinerary for your information. 

 

Divisional Team Managers:

  • Please advise your players to go directly to Moseley Rugby Club on Friday morning – we WILL NOT be meeting at Broadstreet before travelling to Moseley
  • Please advise your players to bring appropriate footwear with them
  • Training on Saturday morning will now take place at Moseley Rugby Club – see attached itinerary for timings

 

These arrangements are obviously not ideal, but at least it will ensure that we are able to play the 4 matches as planned.

 

16 Group Committee Members:

  • All the arrangements for the 16 Group Executive Committee meeting remain the same – 2.00pm on Saturday 10th January at Broadstreet Rugby Club.  A light buffet lunch will be served from 1.00pm.

 

Accommodation:
